Vector and DNA libraries

Vector is a DNA molecule inserts carrier.
Vectors derived from plasmids and bacteriophages.
Pasmid: double-stranded DNA molecule that is able to replicate itself in the bacterial cells and are     extrachromosomal

DNA libraries

Since each clone DNA fragments are so small, then several separate clones must be compiled into a genome.
A series of pieces of DNA clones generated from a particular individual is called library (library). Clone libraries could describe the whole genome, a single chromosome or a number of genes in a cell ditrakskripkan.
A genomic library usually contains at least one copy of the entire sequence (sequences)

A library that describes the active genes of sutu cells can be prepared by making the molecules of cDNA (complementary DNA).
If we start from a population of mRNA molecules containing tail 3 'poly A, poly dT can be used as a primer to be paired with the rest of the poly A.
Poly dT will serve as the starting point for the synthesis of a DNA strands using the enzyme reverse transcriptase.  resulting double-stranded duplex molecule of RNA-DNA thread.
Yarn RNA may be removed by the enzyme ribonuclease alakali or H.
